Operational Manager
Rupa started her career in 2011, working with THIS, NGN’s former implementing partner as a social worker and later as a reintegration officer. In 2014, she was promoted to Reintegration Manager where she worked until 2018. She has recently rejoined NGN’s staff as an Operational Manager. Rupa is an experienced Project Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the non-profit organization management industry. She is skilled in Nonprofit Organizations, Budgeting, Management, Budget Forecasts, and Budget Management. Rupa is a strong program and project management professional with a Bachelor of Business studies (BBS) focused in Project Management, Human Resourse Management, Economics, Accountancy from Pyramid international college.
